1. Introduction. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received across all methods of entry. The Sweepstakes is offered via the Internet and mail and only within the jurisdictions listed in Section 3 below. Void where prohibited.

2. Timing. The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 15, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"). Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company’s computer is the official time-keeping device for online entries for this Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and grandparents) household members and those that are domiciled with them of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which are final and binding in all respects. All federal, state and local laws apply.

4. How to Enter. There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

For All Entries: LIMIT: One (1) entry per household by any individual method of entry during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries become the exclusive property of Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

5. Selection of Potential Winner. Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, will randomly select one (1) winner from among all eligible entries received, on or about December 22, 2010. The potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Except where prohibited, potential winner must execute and return to Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, within ten (10) days of being notified, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt or if he or she fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected, at random, from among all eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prize will be fulfilled 8-10 weeks after winner confirmation.

6. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

Details: One (1) seven (7) night Caribbean cruise for two people, on a major cruiseline to be selected by Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, oceanview cabin. Port charges, government taxes, and any other fees or gratuities above and beyond the base fare of the cruise, are the responsibility of the prize winner. Any and all gratuities, transportation to and from the airport, transportation to and from the port, any hotel accommodations, optional shore excursions, airport and departure taxes, insurance, beverage charges while onboard the ship, beverage charges while not onboard the ship, additional meal charges charged by the cruiseline, additional meal charges while not onboard the ship, and items of a personal nature prior to, during, and after the cruise are the sole financial responsibility of the selected winner and traveling companion. The selected winner and their traveling companion understand they must obtain and are solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any necessary passport or travel documentation. No substitution, prize redeemed for cash, assignment or transfer of prize permitted. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use. The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company’s use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions. Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company's reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company's website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 9. Release. By receipt of any prize, winner agrees that Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the agents, employees, directors and officers of these companies, are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from winner's participation in the Sweepstakes .

10. Limitations of Liability. Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage-due entries or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or software; (3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (5) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (6) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail, or (7) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or from downloading any material from Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company's website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company's website by a hypertext link. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

11. Disputes. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate Ohio State Court located in the County of Warren, Ohio; any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant, Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio.

12. Data Collection. Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company collects personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to the Bid Your Cruise Vacation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company's Privacy Policy.

13. Winner List. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than January 15, 2011.
