How Bid Your Cruise Vacation Works

Step One
Create a new user account and password. When returning to Bid Your Cruise Vacation, you will only need to enter your user id and password information. All of your personal information is kept private and confidential and is not shared with any travel agencies. You can request your cruise quote in complete confidentiality and rest assured that no travel agency will contact you unless you choose to share your contact information with them. There is no obligation to buy anything and there is no cost to you. Bid Your Cruise Vacation is a service to help make your cruise vacation shopping a "one-stop" experience.

Step Two
Fill out the Cruise Quote Information Page. If you are unsure of the cruise information or the exact date of the cruise you would like to take, use the "Find A Cruise" search box on our home page. Once you have located all of the information that you need, simply enter it into the Cruise Quote Information Page. Click on the submit button and your cruise quote will be presented to multiple travel agents to bid on your cruise.

Step Three
Once a new bid has been submitted from a travel agent on your cruise vacation, you will be notified by email. Simply log onto your Bid Your Cruise Vacation account and you can see the latest bid(s) submitted. Compare the bids that you receive thoroughly. Travel agents go to a great deal of time to provide you the most accurate quote and many times include additional services for you or even provide you with discounts that you can use on board the ship.

Step Four
Simply contact the agent(s) of your choice to book your cruise. All contact information for the travel agent is included in their posting to your account. Bid Your Cruise Vacation does not book the cruise for you, nor do we handle any of the financial transaction for the cruise. All of this will take place between you and the agent that you choose to book your cruise.
